On behalf of Governor of Alexandria Gen. Adel Labib, his Deputy Governor Gen. Safa Al-Deen Mustafa Kamel opened yesterday evening an exhibition of Plastic Arts by Saudi artists, which was held at Fine Arts Museum in Alexandria on the sidelines of the Saudi cultural days in Egypt. The opening ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Baqader; Director of Fine Arts Museum in Alexandria Dr. Mustafa Abdul Wahab; Head of the Central Department of Museums and Exhibitions at the Egyptian Ministry of Culture Dr. Salah Al-Meligui. The exhibition attracted attention of a large number of visitors. A number of Egyptian officials have expressed admiration for the high level of standard in plastic arts displayed by Saudi artists. The exhibition contains paintings, photographs, Arabic calligraphy and sculptures.
