PRINCE FAISAL BIN ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AL-SAUD HAS EXPRESSED APPRECIATION TO THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES, KING FAHD BIN ABDULAZIZ FOR APPOINTING HIM AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE SAUDI ARABIAN RED CRESCENT SOCIETY AT THE RANK OF MINISTER.
IN A STATEMENT TO THE SAUDI PRESS AGENCY, HE HOPED THAT HE WOULD SUCCESSFULLY SHOULDER HIS RESPONSIBILITY AND WOULD BE CAPABLE OF REALIZING THE ASPIRATIONS OF THE SAUDI LEADERSHIP, HIGHLIGHTING THE PIONEERING ROLE OF THE SOCIETY IN THE SERVICE OF THE PEOPLE.
HE SAID THE SOCIETY WILL FORGE COOPERATION WITH ALL CONCERNED SECTORS FOR PERFORMING ITS HUMANITARIAN MISSION.
