IN THE PRESENCE OF PRINCE ABDULAZIZ BIN AHMAD BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNATIONAL AGENCY FOR COMBATING BLINDNESS, THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITABLE COMMISSION FOR THE INTERNATIONAL OPHTHALMOLOGY COUNCIL BEGAN HERE YESTERDAY.
THE INTERNATIONAL OPHTHALMOLOGY COUNCIL, ESTABLISHED IN 2002, IS A NON-PROFITABLE FOUNDATION WHICH WORKS FOR THE PROMOTION OF MEDICAL EDUCATION IN THE OPHTHALMOLOGY SPHERE.
THE COUNCIL HOLDS A MEETING ONCE IN TWO-YEARS WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF OPHTHALMOLOGISTS FROM VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD.
