THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ CALLED FOR PERFORMANCE OF RAIN SEEKING (ISTISKA) PRAYER ALL OVER THE KINGDOM ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, THE ROYAL COURT SAID IN A STATEMENT ISSUED TODAY.
IN VIEW OF THE COUNTRY'S NEED AND PEOPLE FOR RAIN AND IN PURSUIT OF SUNNAH (TRADITION) OF PROPHET MOHAMMED (PEACE BE UPON HIM) DURING DELAY OF RAIN FALL, THE MONARCH CALLED FOR RAIN SEEKING PRAYER, URGING ALL ON MORE REPENTANCE, WORSHIP, BENEVOLENCE AND CHARITY SO THAT ALMIGHTY ALLAH ACCEPT THEIR PRAYERS, THE STATEMENT ADDED.
