MUSLIMS REQUESTED TO SIGHT CRESCENT OF RAMADAN

THE SUPREME JUDICIAL COUNCIL HAS URGED MUSLIMS IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA TO SIGHT THE CRESCENT OF THE BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADAN ON THURSDAY EVENING, SEPT 21, 2006.
IF THE CRESCENT IS NOT SIGHTED ON THURSDAY, THEN THE MUSLIMS ARE REQUESTED TO SIGHT IT ON FRIDAY EVENING, SEPT 22, 2006.
'THOSE MAY SIGHT THE CRESCENT ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT TO THE NEAREST COURT OR TO ANY CONCERNED AUTHORITY TO REGISTER THEIR WITNESS, THE STATEMENT ISSUED BY THE SUPREME JUDICIAL COUNCIL SAID.
