Nuclear Talks between European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana and senior Iranian negotiator Ali Larijani were to begin in Vienna on Saturday afternoon, Iran's chief delegate to the U.N. nuclear watchdog said. «Mr. Larijani is in town and the meeting will take place this afternoon,» said Ali Ashgar Soltanieh, delegate to the International Atomic Energy Agency, according to a report of the Associated Press.
