U.S. stocks ended with meager gains on Monday, after rallying sharply early in the session on a drop in crude oil prices and a U.N.-brokered cease-fire in the Middle East eased investors' concerns about riskier assets, Reuters reported. Based on the latest available data, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 9.12 points, or 0.08 percent, to end unofficially at 11,097.15. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was up 1.46 points, or 0.12 percent, to finish unofficially at 1,268.20. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 11.32 points, or 0.55 percent, to close unofficially at 2,069.03.
