ADDRESSING A MEETING OF SETTING A STRATEGIC PLANNING OF THE WORLD INITIATIVE ''VISION 2020 THE RIGHT TO SIGHT'' FOR YEARS 2006/2011 CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS HERE, THE PRINCE STRESSED THE SIGNIFICANCE OF FUNDING BUILDINGS FOR OPHTHALMOLOGIC HEALTH CENTERS IN THE NEEDY REGIONS AND THE NECESSITY OF CREATING MECHANISMS TO DEVELOP HUMAN CADRES WORKING IN THE FIELD OF OPHTHALMOLOGY AND BLINDNESS PREVENTION.
