THE RIYADH-BASED GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL (GCC) SECRETARY GENERAL ABDULRAHMAN BIN HAMAD AL-ATIYYAH CONGRATULATED GCC LEADERS ON THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE COUNCIL'S FOUNDATION.
HE EXPRESSED HIS GREAT APPRECIATION OF THE LEADERS FOR THEIR GENEROUS AND UNLIMITED SUPPORT FOR THE COUNCIL WHICH HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A LANDMARK IN THE HISTORY.
