ElBaradei Discusses Iran Nuclear Issues with Rice

The chief of the U.N. nuclear monitoring agency said he discussed Iran's nuclear views with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Wednesday following earlier talks in Vienna with Tehran's nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani.
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director-General Mohamed ElBaradei told reporters last night that it was up to the United States to decide whether it would participate in direct negotiations with Iran on the nuclear impasse.
