– The Saudi Public Assistance for Pakistan Earthquake Victims (SPAPEV) has distributed food packets containing rice, sugar, pulses, ghee and other necessary daily use items among 150 earthquake-affected families in Islamabad, residing temporarily in the camps provided by Al Hubaib Foundation. SPAPEV Media Director Ibrahim Homaily and Abdullah Madooj distributed the food items among the quake victims living in camps established at Abpara Community Centre Islamabad, said a SPAPEV press release. Al-Hubaib Foundation Vice Chairman M. Nasir thanked the Saudi relief organization and said that the food packets would help mitigate the sufferings of the quake survivors, adding the Saudi government's colossal help extended since the October 8 earthquake was unforgettable, says a SPAPEV statement.
