Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadi Nijad has described the threats of US State secretary Condoleezza Rice to his country as futile. Rice had earlier said her country might resort to force and to imposition of economic sanctions against Iran. 'Rice is free to speak as she wants, but we never care about such statements', said Nijad in a statement carried by the Iranian news agency today.
