ONE PERSON WAS KILLED AND EIGHT WERE WOUNDED IN A BOMB BLAST IN PAKISTAN'S NORTH-WESTERN FRONTIER PROVINCE (NWFP), POLICE AND REPORTS SAID. THE BOMB WAS PLANTED ON A MOTORBIKE PARKED OUTSIDE A COMMERCIAL CENTRE IN KHYBER BAZAAR IN THE PROVINCIAL CAPITAL PESHAWAR AND WENT OFF AT AROUND 5:30 PM (1230 GMT), WOUNDING AT LEAST NINE PERSONS, REPORTED DPA. ONE OF THE WOUNDED EXPIRED AT THE LADY READING HOSPITAL WHILE CONDITION OF TWO OTHERS WAS STATED TO BE CRITICAL.
