FOREIGN MINISTERS FROM THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL PERMANENT MEMBERS PLUS GERMANY WILL MEET TO DISCUSS IRAN'S DISPUTED NUCLEAR PROGRAMME IN BERLIN ON THURSDAY, BRITAIN'S JACK STRAW SAID ON MONDAY, ACCORDING TO REUTERS. THE MEETING WILL INCLUDE THE FOREIGN MINISTERS FROM THE UNITED STATES, RUSSIA, CHINA, BRITAIN AND FRANCE, ALL OF WHOM HAVE VETO-WIELDING SEATS ON THE SECURITY COUNCIL, AS WELL AS GERMANY WHICH HAS NEGOTIATED WITH IRAN ALONGSIDE PARIS AND LONDON. 'WE ARE LAYING PLANS FOR A MEETING OF FOREIGN MINISTERS IN BERLIN TO DISCUSS THE NEXT STEPS IN THE SECURITY COUNCIL,' STRAW TOLD REPORTERS.
