ISTISKA (RAIN-SEEKING) PRAYERS WERE PERFORMED TODAY THROUGHOUT THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA IN LINE WITH THE TRADITION OF PROPHET MOHAMMED, PEACE BE UPON HIM, TO PERFORM THEM AT THE TIME OF THE DELAY OF RAINFALL AND DROUGHT.
EARLIER THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ ISSUED HIS DIRECTIVES TO PERFORM ISTISKA PRAYERS THROUGHOUT THE KINGDOM ON MONDAY MORNING.
