China apartment blast kills 9

A blast triggered by unknown causes leveled an apartment building in south China, killing nine people and injuring four, the government said Sunday.
The explosion occurred Saturday in a three-storey building in the Guangxi region's Leye county, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.
