The government of the Republic of Cameroon expressed thanks to the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the relief assistance sent to help the inflicted in Logon and Shari regions of Cameroon. In a formal letter sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Saudi embassy in Yaoundé, Cameroon said the beneficiaries of two hundred tons of foodstuffs do appreciate the support received from the Saudi government which reflect the distinguished relations binding the Kingdom and Cameroon. Three months ago the Saudi ambassador to Cameroon Amjad bin Hussein Albidaiwi handed over two hundred tons of foodstuffs to representatives of the Cameroon government, led by Minister of Agriculture, to be distributed over the needy in inflicted areas in the West African country.
