The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul-aziz arrives in Islamabad on February 1, his first ever trip to the country after he ascended the throne on August 1 last year. He will hold talks with President General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on a wide range of bilateral, regional and international issues, according to a report published today by Saudi Gazette. Under special focus will also be issues concerning the Muslim Ummah and the rejuvenation of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC). As crown prince, the Saudi monarch visited Pakistan twice in recent years. The visit will consolidate and cement the wonderful relations that exist between the two brotherly countries for over half a century, said Saudi Ambassador in Islamabad Ali Awadh Asseri.
