In implementation of the directives of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General to provide best services and facilities for pilgrims, the Armed Forces have participated in this year's Hajj plan to complete the efforts of governmental bodies concerning with Hajj affairs to enable pilgrims to perform their Hajj rituals easily and comfortably. The participation included the operation of Armed Forces Hospital in Mina; dispensaries in Arafat, Muzdalifa and Mina; emergency center; air evacuation hospitals; aircraft for carrying security forces participating in Hajj and for air monitoring of pilgrims' movements and traffic; and distribution of copies of the Holy Quran and awareness publications in various languages.
