Ukraine's President Viktor Yushchenko will go to the Constitutional Court to seek to overturn parliament's decision to sack his government, a spokeswoman said on Tuesday according to Reuters. "He does not consider this decision legitimate and will file a legal challenge with the Constitutional Court," Larisa Mudrak, deputy head of Yushchenko's press service, said in the Kazakh capital, where the Ukrainian leader is on a visit. The work of Ukraine's Constitutional Court is currently paralysed because it does not have its full complement of judges. Parliament has blocked Yushchenko's nominees for the court.
