Turkish troops killed three Kurdish rebels in a clash in southeastern Turkey on Monday, officials said. The rebels were killed fighting near the town of Peltek, in Tunceli province, the governor's office said in a statement. It did not give any other information. A unilateral rebel cease-fire, which began Aug. 20, expired on Oct. 3, the Associated Press reported.
