A British Airways jet flying from Birmingham on Sunday overshot a runway at Germany's Hannover airport coming to a halt on a grassy area 200 metres from the end of the tarmac, DPA reported. None of the plane's 45 passengers and four crew were injured in the incident, an airport spokesperson said. The cause of the incident was not confirmed but rain in the airport vicinity may have contributed.
