The death toll from a suicide bombing in northern Iraq on Friday climbed to 40, police said on Saturday. They said the number of wounded from the attack by a suicide bomber who blew himself up among a group of Iraqi army recruits rose to 57. The attack occurred outside a municipal building in Rabia, a town 80 km (50 miles) northwest of Mosul, Reuters reported.
