Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior has reassured all about the health of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, saying that his health has been improving and satisfactory. In a statement to Riyadh Newspaper published today, Prince Naif described bombings in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt on Saturday as a very ugly crime targeted Muslims and innocent people. He called on Arab, Islamic and world communities to cooperate and unite together to uproot terrorism, noting that terrorism harms Islam and demolishes peace among peoples and countries. He added that if the world has not been united in moving as one bloc, terrorism will remain. Prince Naif called for a serious international action to eradicate terrorism and to choke off its sources and for cooperation at the highest levels in this regard. He regretted a slow pace by leaders, officials and security organs in combating terrorism. On activation of the Crown Prince's initiative for implementing the objectives of Counter-terrorism International Center, Prince Naif said that we hope for serious actions. He noted that condemnation is not enough, researchers and the concerned people should reveal truths and move to clarify obstacles on the way of activating the international cooperation to combat terrorism at all levels. --More 2216 Local Time 1916 GMT
