The Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) strongly condemned the blasts which took place in Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm El-Sheikh last night, leading to the death of tens of people and causing injuries to hundreds of innocent people. In a statement issued here today, the OIC's Secretary General Dr Akmaluddin Ihsan Oglu called on Islamic states to increase activation of the Islamic Counter-terrorism Agreement for 1999 and to commit to implementing other international agreements to eradicate terrorism.
