on-Don, Russia, July 10, SPA -- Gunmen fired on two police cars in the Chechen capital of Grozny, killing one law enforcement officer and wounding nine others, regional police officials said Sunday. The attackers used automatic weapons and lobbed grenades in the Saturday evening attack, which sent the wounded Interior Ministry troops to hospitals in various conditions, said the unnamed duty officer for the Interior Ministry in Russia's southern federal district, according to a report of The Associated Press.
