Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Makhdum Khusro Bakhtyar left today for Morocco and Tunisia at the start of a ten-day foreign tour as Special Envoy of President General Pervez Musharraf to lobby Pakistan's position on proposed UN Security Council reforms, according to an official statement. Bakhtyar will deliver a letter of Musharraf to King Mohammad VI. He will also meet Moroccan Foreign Affairs & Cooperation Minister Mohamed Benaissa to discuss matters pertaining to bilateral cooperation as well as developments of regional and international significance. In Tunisia, he will be meeting with the Tunisian leadership.
