Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior stressed that the viewpoints of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have been identical on the matters discussed during his visit to the UAE. In an arrival statement in Riyadh today, he replied to a question on a final border agreement between the Kingdom and the UAE saying that an agreement has been signed with the UAE since 1974, there are some matters that will be completed and a meeting will be held in Riyadh soon with the head of UAE side to complete these matters. On the movement between the two countries with a card, Prince Naif said that for us, the topic has been completed, but with regard to the UAE, it is about to be completed. Calling on the press to inquire about facts and get their information from reliable sources, Prince Naif noted that he read Al-Hayat Newspaper today. It is supposed that this paper is respected and tells the truth, but what it has written is completely incorrect and has not been discussed, he added. Commenting on a report that the United States has no intention to free any prisoners from Guantanamo, he said that we have not been informed of this yet and added that U.S. authorities have promised us to hand the Saudis and we have been pursuing this matter.
