"Dar wa Emaar", the leading real estate development company in Saudi Arabia, concluded its participation in the "Cityscape Global 2024", which was held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (Malham) from 11 to 14 November 2024, with tremendous success and a large turnout for its new projects "Tala Al Khuzam", "Saraya Al Fursan 2" and "Al Narjis Residence".
On the sidelines of the exhibition, "Dar wa Emaar" signed several significant agreements with a group of leading banks in the Kingdom to enhance real estate financing services for its residential projects.
An exclusive agreement was signed with "Bank Aljazira" to showcase off-plan sales requests at a profit rate of 3.30% for 20 years. Agreements were also signed to finance residential units with "Banque Saudi Fransi", "SAB Bank", "Arab National Bank", and "Riyad Bank".
Memoranda of Understanding was signed with both "DEAL" and "Wasalt" applications, and an agreement with "In3" to lead the digital transformation and utilize artificial intelligence in the company's operations.
The mutual partnerships were emphasized with an honor from "Al Bilad Bank" to celebrate fruitful cooperation and successive achievements.
"Dar wa Emaar" also signed a joint agreement with "NHC" to develop commercial centers within the communities of Khuzam Suburb, which will enhance the quality of life in Saraya Al Jewan communities. This agreement reflects the mutual trust between "Dar wa Emaar" and "NHC" and the commitment to developing an integrated community lifestyle.
These agreements are part of Dar wa Emaar's strategy to strengthen its partnerships with the banking sector, provide diverse and flexible financing options for customers wishing to own residential units in its pioneering projects, enrich the quality of life within Dar wa Emaar communities, and provide an improved and easy-to-use modern customer experience.
The "Dar wa Emaar" pavilion witnessed a remarkable presence of those interested in real estate investment, attracting tens of thousands of visitors over the four days of the exhibition, reflecting the significant interest in the company's projects.
Visitors and investors admired the projects' designs and quality, which resulted in numerous discussions of deals with some local and international investors and partners.
"Tala Al Khuzam" project is distinctive in its premium design that meets the needs of modern families and provides a comprehensive living environment that combines comfort and luxury. It is located in Khuzam suburb, north of Riyadh, and includes 1,299 residential units with various designs to suit all needs.
The project offers four residential models with different areas, provides integrated facilities, and is characterized by its strategic location near schools, shopping centres and hospitals, making it an ideal choice for families looking for a comfortable life.
"Saraya Al Fursan 2" project is distinguished by its location northeast of Riyadh and innovative designs. The project includes 718 residential units, ranging from villas to townhouses, to meet the needs of Saudi families.
The project also includes multiple facilities such as parks, mosques, schools, and commercial areas, providing a residential destination for customers looking for a family-friendly environment.
"Al Narjis Residence" is strategically located 5 km from Riyadh Airport, making it an ideal choice for those looking to live near vital facilities. The project includes 750 residential units of apartments with modern designs and comprehensive utilities, including shopping and medical centers, mosques, green spaces, and dedicated pedestrian paths, allowing families to have an integrated residential experience within the project.
For his part, Osama Al-Khunaizi, CEO of Dar wa Emaar, confirmed that "the company is committed to meeting the needs of the Saudi market by offering innovative real estate projects that fulfill the aspirations of customers, whether in terms of quality, design or integrated facilities."
