Montenegro, June 8, SPA -- U.S. Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns will visit Kosovo Wednesday as this U.N.-administered province nears possible talks on its future status. Burns, who has called 2005 the "year of decision for Kosovo," will meet with the province's leaders and top U.N. and NATO officials. Burns urged last month for increased efforts to resolve the political status of Kosovo.
