Jordan's government said Saturday extremist Jewish organizations should not be allowed entry to Al-Quds' Al-Aqsa Mosque, as this would threaten stability in the region. "The Jordanian government warns that such a move will undermine peace, stability, and security in the region," the official news agency, Petra, quoted an "authoritative Foreign Ministry source" as saying. The Jordanian official was responding to news reports that extremist Israeli groups were planning to storm the mosque on Sunday. "The Jordanian government condemns any action that threatens Al-Aqsa Mosque," the Foreign Ministry official said, adding the government was using diplomatic contacts to prevent any harm to the holy shrines in Al-Quds.
