The "Charitable Jood Eskan Subscription" campaign has entered the Guinness World Records for realizing the largest target for an electronic charitable campaign in one month in the world. The campaign has been aiming since its launch to secure housing for low-income families during the holy month of Ramadan, and set to continue until the end of the month. During its inauguration by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince on the first day of Ramadan, the campaign witnessed the attendance of a number of senior officials and partner agencies' leaders to announce the launch of the first charitable subscription in the housing sector worldwide. It aims to mobilize charitable bids from generous philanthropists and institutions to support families most in need of housing. The Jood Eskan platform is one of the National Developmental Housing Foundation's (Sakan) initiatives, which aims to involve community members in community development programs and achieve social solidarity in the field of charitable housing in accordance with a controlled mechanism that ensures the delivery of charitable giving to those who deserve it.
