The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has handed over the gift of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to the Republic of Burkina Faso, amounting to five tons of dates, in an effort to implement this program by the ministry in 60 countries around the world. The handing-over ceremony took place at the Saudi embassy, where the gift was delivered by Saudi Ambassador to Burkina Faso Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Dusari to Minister of National Solidarity and Humanitarian Action Nandi Soumie Diallo in the presence of officials from both sides. The ambassador stressed that this program is an extension of the Kingdom's wise leadership's interest in Muslims, their needs, and boosting the ties and bonds of brotherhood during Ramadan, expressing gratitude and appreciation for the Ministry of Islamic Affairs for its efforts to serve Islam and Muslims in fulfilment of the wise leadership aspirations.
