The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance launched the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift to distribute dates and Iftar in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan during the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1444 AH. The event was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Ibrahim bin Radi Al-Radi, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, the Secretary of the Security Council, the Chief of the Genital Staff of the Armed Forces, Deputy Director of the International Relations Department of the Presidential Office, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the Kyrgyz Scholars Association, and a number of officials. Ambassador Al-Radi explained that the program is part of other projects and humanitarian activities that the Kingdom offers to Muslim communities in the world during Ramadan, including the Kyrgyz Republic, where it targets about ten thousand fasting people, and includes distribution of 5 tons of dates. He added that the program embodies the keenness of the wise leadership of the Kingdom to gather Muslims in a spiritual atmosphere that encourages values of unity, harmony, and brotherhood among Muslim people. For their part, Kyrgyz Muslim nationals expressed their deep gratitude to the Kingdom and its wise leadership for implementing the program, other humanitarian programs, and taking interest in the affairs of Muslims in all countries. They wished the Kingdom to be rewarded with security and stability.
