The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report said that the thundershowers, accompanied by active winds are still forecasted to fall on some parts of Najran, Jazan, Asser, Baha, Makkah and Madinah regions, as well as some parts of Riyadh, Qassim and Hail regions, extending to the northern parts of the Eastern region, reducing the horizontal sight. The report added that temperatures will decrease on some parts of Northern Borders and Hail regions. The report showed that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea will be southwesterly to northwesterly at speed of 15-30km/h, on the northern and central parts and southeasterly to southwesterly at speed of 15-35km/h, on the southern part, reaching more than 50km/h, towards Bab el-Mandeb Strait, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf will be southerly to southeasterly at speed of 12-35km/h, on the northern part and northwesterly to northerly to at speed 10-25km/h, on the southern part.
