Shafiq Hariri, the brother of Late Rafiq Hariri, who was assassinated in Beirut last week, arrived here on Monday evening, accompanied by Baha'uddin, Saad'uddin, Ayman and Fahd, the sons of the Deceased, and his family They were welcomed at King Khalid International Airport by Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, the Vice-Governor Riyadh region, and a number of senior officials. Speaking on the occasion, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz slammed the assassination of Rafiq Hariri and described it as a criminal and vicious act. Prince Sattam said the death of Hariri constitutes a great loss not only to Lebanon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but also to the Arab and Muslim world. He hoped that the assassination would not be followed by serious repercussions. Prince Sattam praised the great services extended by the Deceased to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon as well as to the Arab and Muslim nation.
