Lebanese Deputy Saad Hariri has expressed appreciation for the support extended to Lebanon by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and other leaders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a speech today to the Lebanese people through media organs, Saad Hariri said the outcome of the report of the international investigation committee on the assassination of Rafiq Hariri will never be a matter of internal or external compromise, and it will never be subject to any form of political barter. He hoped that justice will go ahead on its path and facts will be clear so as to put an end to the series of crime and terrorism against Lebanon and its people. He pointed out that the martyr Rafiq Hariri had done his best to rescue Lebanon and to restore its freedom and sovereignty, and he was aware of dangers facing and quarters trying to liquidate him. Saad Hariri announced that he accepted the outcome of the report submitted by the committee. 'Involvement of some criminals in the assassination crime will never make us unaware of the common history with the Syrian people, who will remain our dear brothers, he said reiterating importance of enhancing relations between the Lebanese and Syrians. The heinous crime will never make Lebanon and Lebanese people get out of the Arab fold', he said adding 'we don't call for revenge, but we want the justice to go ahead on its path, and we hope that the martyrdom of Rafiq Hariri will pave the way for a new Lebanon.
