Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, highlighted the depth of the historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which build on the unwavering support of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Crown Prince of Bahrain commended the announcement made by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, during the sixth edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII), on the Public Investment Fund's establishment of five regional companies aimed at investing in a number of regional countries, including Bahrain. Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa noted that the announcement is a reflection of the efforts made by the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, highlighting Bahrain's business-friendly economy that attracts strategic opportunities and investments. Prince Salman bin Hamad extended his gratitude to HRH the Saudi Crown Prince and welcomed this initiative, which will support the two Kingdoms' joint development goals. He noted that Saudi Arabia has always led innovative initiatives to benefit the region and its citizens, highlighting the instrumental role it plays in promoting global economic stability, and in safeguarding regional and international security and stability. The Crown Prince of Bahrain further congratulated HRH the Saudi Crown on the success of the sixth edition of the FII, emphasising that Saudi Arabia has become a global hub for the creation and success of important initiatives.
