Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, met yesterday in Cairo with the Egyptian Minister of Interior, Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Tawfik, during his official visit to Egypt. During the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects of cooperation in several areas to facilitate the arrival of Egyptian Umrah performers to perform the rituals easily and smoothly and to raise the quality of services provided to them, to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Al-Rabiah said that the visit comes within the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and as part of the ongoing efforts between the two countries to facilitate the performance of Umrah and the visit with peace and comfort. The Egyptian interior minister welcomed the visit of the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah and the accompanying delegation, highlighting the close historical relations between the two countries and his appreciation for the Kingdom's efforts to serve the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, and visitors.
