Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah has started an official visit to Kazakhstan with the aim of discussing cooperation means between the two countries related to facilitating arrival procedures for Umrah performers and visitors to perform their rituals easily and with tranquility, as part of the ministry's efforts to increase the level of services provided to worshippers and enrich their religious experience and to realize the targets of the Saudi Vision 2030. The visit included launching the unified official platform nusuk.sa, which aims at facilitating issuing visas for Umrah and visits to Makkah and Madinah from across the world, developing the experience of worshippers, promoting historical and archaeological sites of the cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and offering advanced electronic paths that provide innovative options and solutions, as part of initiatives of the Pilgrims Experience Program. The minister met with several Kazakh officials to discuss main services and facilitations for Kazakh Umrah performers, enhance cooperation between the two countries under the historical and brotherly ties, in addition to going over top cooperation opportunities on several technical and procedural issues to facilitate serving pilgrims and ways to increase awareness of pilgrims and visitors with procedural issues. The minister's visit is to reiterate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's keenness to facilitate the arrival of Umrah performers and visitors from across the world, and acquaint them with procedural facilities, innovative digital solutions, various services options, preparations, and infrastructure services granted to visitors.
