In this regard, the Cabinet commended the address delivered at the conference by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, who called on all countries to set up an International Center for Combating Terrorism. The Center should include specialists in this field and aim at exchanging and passing information promptly in accordance with the speed of events to thwart them prior to their occurrence.
