Spain said three assailants who took
over the Spanish consulate Monday in Bern have left the building.
Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos made the
announcement to a small group of reporters and said no
Spanish staffers were hurt in the seizure of the consulate
in the Swiss capital, the national news agency "Efe" said.
