Murad Arrives in Tehran

Lebanese Minister of Defense Abdelrahim Murad arrived here on Saturday on an official four-day visit to Iran.
The Iranian News Agency reported that the Lebanese Minister will hold talks with Iranian President Mohammed Khatami, Hashemi Rafsanjani, the President of the Expediency Council, Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi, and Defense Minister Admiral Ali Shamkhani on bilateral relations and regional problems.
The Iranian News Agency pointed out that Murad, who is accompanied by a high-ranking military delegation, will review with Shamkhani means for enhancing cooperation between the Iranian and Lebanese Ministries of Defense.
