Council of Senior Scholars Condemns Act of Some Extremists in Sweden Who Abused Copy of Holy Quran

The Secretariat General of the Council of Senior Scholars has strongly condemned the act of some extremists in Sweden who abused a copy of the Holy Quran.
In a statement today, the council said: "This act is absurd and barbaric and only reflects a sick and extremist personality," stressing that these abhorrent acts will not harm the Holy Quran that is preserved by Allah Who has given the Holy Quran a high status.
