The Muslim World League (MWL) condemned the absurd and shameful act perpetrated by some extremists in Sweden who insulted a copy of the Holy Quran and called for incitement against Muslims. MWL warned of these methods that seek to cast hate and provoke the feelings of Muslims, which can fuel the feelings of enmity and division in societies and harm the values of freedom and its human meanings, which only serve extremism and anti-extremism agendas. MWL Secretary General Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa - on behalf of the secretariat general of MWL, complexes, commissions and scientific councils - renewed calls for Muslims in Sweden and around the world to remember the true Islamic approach that calls for addressing issues wisely to miss the opportunity on extremism bets that do not represent in all cases but their hate and losing risks and do not represent the values of the noble Swedish people, where the secretary general stressed that this brutality will always increase Muslims' faith and steadfastness on their values that always call for coexistence among all with all love, peace and harmony, where this brutality will also make Muslims more connected to their countries and contribute more to enhancing brotherhood and solidarity.
