The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host the eighth global conference of The Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ECMO) for South Asia and Africa, under the patronage of the Minister of Health, Eng. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajil, from 26 to 28 February, in Riyadh. The conference will discuss the latest developments in life support outside the human body and share the international experience of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation service during the Corona (COVID-19) pandemic, in addition to presenting new scientific evidence and clarifying progress in the eco-services program. The conference targets the categories of intensive care physicians, cardiologists, surgeons, emergency physicians, cardiac perfusion specialists, intensive care nurses, cardiac care unit nurses, and respiratory therapists.
