The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will participate in the meetings of the 9th Session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which will be held from 13 to 17 Dec 2021 in Sharm El Sheikh of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Kingdom's delegation will be headed by the President of Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Mazin bin Ibrahim Al-Kahmous with the membership of the Presidency of State Security; the Ministry of Justice; the Ministry of Interior; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Cabinet's Bureau of Experts and a number Nazaha officials. The conference will discuss a number of topics, the most important of which are: technological assistance and international cooperation, asset recovery, a review of the implementation of UN Convention against Corruption, the role and application of law in combating corruption and a review of the most important opportunities and challenges in this regard.
