The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the completion of receiving investors' requests for its local issuance for November 2021 under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Government Sukuk Program as the size of the issuance was set at a total amount of SAR 614,179 million. According to the statement issued by NDMC, the issuance included one tranche representing the total value of the issuance of Sukuk maturing in 2033. This issuance comes within the annual borrowing plan for 2021, which was announced by the Center at the beginning of the fiscal year through its website www.ndmc.gov.sa, through which it reviews its local issuance schedule to match the working days of the international market with regard to issuance announcements and settlement dates.
