Closure of the May 2021 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced on Tuesday that it has closed the issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program for May 2021, amounting SAR 3,530 billion.
NDMC issued a statement said that the issuances were divided into two tranches, the first amounting SAR 3,305 billion for Sukuk matures in 2028, while the second tranche amounting SAR 225 million for Sukuk matures in 2033.
