The medical team of surgeons to separate the Polish Siamese twins, led by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Alrabee'a, Executive Director General for Health Affairs at the National Guard, fixed next Monday for performing the surgery at King Abdulaziz Medical City of the National Guard in Riyadh. The surgery will be carried out at the own expense of Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, who ordered that Daria and Olga be sent from Poland for this purpose. In a press conference to highlight the event, the 50-member medical team, including 25 doctors, announced that the possibility of complete successful separation runs at more than 70 percent. The Ambassador of Poland to the Kingdom Adam Kolakh and mother of the twins were also present at the press conference.
